Accessibility Statement

Keyboard, screen-reader, responsive reflow, contrast, motion, status-message, and testing commitments for the Atlas of Names MVP.

Product owner and release accountability: Will Hu · Implementation and automated evidence: Manus AI · Updated · Independent human naming-quality reviewer pending

The naming tools are designed for keyboard and screen-reader use without hiding the task behind sign-in, a visual canvas, hover-only controls, or a time limit.

Testing boundary

Playwright runs axe against the tool and open Board with a zero critical/serious threshold. Automated tests also cover keyboard generation, Board open/close, 320-pixel overflow, and 200% text-scale equivalent. These checks do not replace manual evaluation by users of diverse assistive technology.

Report a barrier

Use the persistent contact form with the route, assistive technology, browser, expected behavior, and observed behavior. Accepted reports receive a public status reference; Will Hu reviews reports within five business days.

Known limits

Similarity is an editorial signal rather than trademark, copyright, linguistic, cultural, or identity clearance. Pronunciation is an English-readable approximation rather than IPA. The site does not claim cultural authenticity, legal availability, uniqueness, ranking performance, or human review that has not occurred.

Report and revision

Use the persistent contact and correction form to submit the route, generated result, seed, engine version, observed problem, and requested correction. It returns a public reference and status URL. Will Hu reviews correction and rights reports within five business days.
